Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how DRUVO UK (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or purchase products from us. It also explains how DRUVO UK relates to DRUVO AI Enterprise, the desktop business management application used to manage inventory and sales channels.
Who we are
DRUVO UK is a UK-focused resale store for clothing, footwear, and accessories. DRUVO AI Enterprise is separate desktop software used by the business to manage master product inventory, stock, pricing, and multi-channel sales operations. The website is designed to become one sales channel alongside marketplaces such as eBay — it is not limited to any single marketplace integration.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with DRUVO UK, we may collect:
- Account details: name, email address, and password (when account registration is enabled)
- Order details: delivery address, phone number, items purchased, and payment status
- Customer support messages: information you send via contact forms or email
- Website usage data: basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (when server logging is enabled on our hosting platform)
At present, checkout and live customer accounts are not fully connected. Until those features launch, we only collect information you voluntarily submit (for example via email).
How we use information
- Process and deliver orders
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries
- Maintain order history and account access
- Improve our website, catalogue, and service quality
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations in the United Kingdom
DRUVO AI Enterprise and sales channels
Product listings, stock quantities, variants, images, and pricing shown on this website are intended to be sourced from DRUVO AI Enterprise as the master inventory system. Orders placed on DRUVO UK will eventually be recorded in DRUVO AI alongside orders from other channels.
DRUVO AI Enterprise, when installed on a seller’s Mac, stores business data locally on that device. The website does not automatically upload your personal DRUVO AI desktop data to the internet. Any future connection between this website and DRUVO AI will use secure server-side APIs — not direct access to your local desktop database.
Marketplace integrations
DRUVO AI may connect to third-party marketplaces (for example eBay) as separate sales channels. Those platforms have their own privacy policies. We do not share your DRUVO UK website account details with marketplaces unless required to fulfil an order or comply with law.
Cookies and local storage
This website may use essential cookies or browser local storage for basket functionality and session management. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Data retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, and comply with UK legal requirements. You may request deletion of personal data where we are not required to retain it.
Your rights (UK)
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use HTTPS for public pages and follow reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
DRUVO UK is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
