Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer regulations, provided items are unworn, with tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, contact druvo.uk@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
